At TEMIX INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, we are committed to delivering quality products. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged during transit

  • Product has a manufacturing defect

  • Wrong product delivered

The return request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or printed products

  • Bulk/wholesale orders (unless manufacturing defect is confirmed)

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Clearance or special offer items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team with:

    • Invoice/Order Number

    • Clear photos or video of the product showing the issue

  2. Our team will review the request within 2–3 working days.

  3. If approved, return instructions will be shared.

Products must be unused and returned in original packaging.

4. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued via:

    • Original payment method, or

    • Bank transfer, or

    • Credit note (for wholesale customers), as applicable.

5. Replacement Policy

In case of approved defects or damage, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the same product (subject to stock availability), or

  • Refund/Credit Note

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to company error or verified defect.

  • Return shipping responsibility will be informed at the time of approval.
