  • Warranty is applicable only on selected electronic products such as Digital Clocks, LED Digital Clocks, and Electronic Devices.

  • Warranty period may vary depending on the product and brand.

  • Standard warranty duration: 3 to 6 months from the date of delivery (unless otherwise specified).

✅ What is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Internal functional issues (non-working display, circuit faults, etc.)

  • Product not working under normal usage conditions

❌ What is Not Covered

  • Physical damage, broken parts, or mishandling

  • Water or liquid damage

  • Battery wear and tear (if applicable)

  • Damage due to power fluctuations or improper use

  • Normal wear and tear over time

🔄 Warranty Claim Process

  1. Customer must contact our support team with:

    • Order details

    • Product images/videos showing the issue

  2. Our team will verify the issue within 2–3 working days

  3. If approved, we will provide:

    • Replacement of the product OR

    • Repair support (if applicable)

🚚 Shipping for Warranty

  • Customers may need to send the product to our warehouse (if required)

  • Replacement will be shipped after product inspection

  • Shipping charges may apply as per case

  • Warranty is valid only for products purchased through TEMIX INDIA Wholesale or authorized channels

  • No warranty on clearance sale / bulk liquidation items unless mentioned
