🔄 Warranty Claim Process
Customer must contact our support team with:
Order details
Product images/videos showing the issue
Our team will verify the issue within 2–3 working days
If approved, we will provide:
Replacement of the product OR
Repair support (if applicable)
🚚 Shipping for Warranty
Customers may need to send the product to our warehouse (if required)
Replacement will be shipped after product inspection
Shipping charges may apply as per case
